The Novello Oil is obtained from the pressing of the first olives and thanks to its unique flavor it also conquers the most demanding palates. The olives used come from the best production areas of Italy, collecting only those still attached to the tree, subjecting them to pressing within a few hours of harvesting. Finally, after a short period of natural decantation, the oil is bottled unfiltered and, thanks to the care taken in the processing, preserves for a long time all the features present at the time of milling. The result is an oil with extraordinary properties of taste and scent, characterized by low acidity, a fresh aroma and a harmonious taste.
