For three generations we have been bringing our Pasta di Gragnano I.G.P. made with 100% Italian wheat (Non-GMO) to the tables of the world. 

A bronze-drawn pasta slowly dried at low temperatures, expertly crafted since 1912 in Gragnano, Napoli , the pasta capital of the world.

Our semolina is born in the fields of southern Italy, dedicated to durum wheat cultivation for over 2000 years. We select the best varieties, characterised by their excellent quality ( Non-GMO) and high protein content (minimum 14%)
