Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging.

  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Note: Certain items such as perishable goods (e.g., fresh food), gift cards, and personal care items are non-returnable unless defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
